Care consultation is a free, regularly scheduled visit that those receiving care at home without the assistance of a professional care service and who receive care allowance are required to attend. This consultation is mandatory from care level 2 (§ 37 Paragraph 3 SGB XI). The goal is to improve the quality of home care. Our care service would be happy to arrange a consultation visit for you. During this visit, we will first assess your care situation at home and then provide you with personalized advice on available support and relief options.

If you require frequent intravenous medication, the insertion of a port catheter is very likely. We are here to support you with the care of your port. Our qualified nursing staff works with the utmost care and adheres to the highest hygiene standards. Port care is fully covered by your health insurance, so you don't need to worry. We will support you throughout the time you rely on the port.

Our professionally trained staff always adheres to the mandatory hygiene protocols during port access. To make the treatment as comfortable as possible for you, we can access your port while you are lying down or sitting up, whichever you prefer.

Parenteral nutrition is a form of nutrition designed for patients who, due to various medical reasons such as tumor diseases, have problems ingesting food naturally.

Parenteral nutrition is individually tailored to each patient by a team of experts in order to provide the body with the necessary nutrients and vitamins.

In close cooperation with a port consultant, our qualified staff assists patients with connecting and disconnecting parenteral nutrition.

Thanks to significantly modernized procedures for parenteral nutrition, it's possible to continue with daily life while receiving nutrition. A backpack provided by the port consultant allows you to remain mobile with the pump at any time, if needed. If necessary, the nutrition can even be administered overnight, completely undisturbed while you sleep.

The costs incurred are fully covered by the health insurance company, provided that a prescription for home nursing care has been issued by the treating physician.
